HOUSE RULES THE NXT FIT

The following regulations contain the house rules that apply within The NXT Fit. By making a booking at The NXT Fit, you and all participants declare that you have read and agree to the house rules and general terms and conditions as they apply within The NXT Fit.

LIABILITY

The management, or persons employed at The NXT Fit, cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material damage that visitors to the location may suffer.

EMERGENCIES

In case of emergencies, follow the instructions of the staff and leave the building. An AED is available in the building.

CAMERAS

Cameras are installed in various places at The NXT Fit. These are installed for your and our safety and the security of you and our property. We refer to the camera protocol as stated on our website www.thenxtfit.com/camera-protocol

PROPERTY

It is forbidden to take property of The NXT Fit outside the building. This also includes glassware. Food and glassware may not be placed in the gaming and sports zones.

EQUIPMENT

For a VR activity, you use valuable equipment. Always follow the instructions of the staff when using our equipment. It is forbidden to behave in such a way that brings risk of damage to equipment or persons, such as: diving, running and/or moving outside the play zone. During the use of equipment, you may not consume food and/or drinks. During a VR activity, keep your body and limbs within the indicated blue grid. In case of damage to our property, you are liable for repair and/or replacement costs. Our staff may choose to terminate your activity based on their findings for safety reasons.

ACTIVE ESPORTS ARENA

During a game, no other persons than the players may be in the playing area of the Active Esports Arena. Other players can take a seat on the bench in the general bar area. It is not permitted to create visual material of other visitors or staff without express permission.

MINIMUM AGE

From the age of 13, playing is allowed under supervision of an adult. The adult remains responsible at all times for the actions of the minor. There may be a different age limit for specific parts of The NXT Fit. Always take this into account when booking the Active Esports Arena, we cannot provide a refund for this. From the age of 16, playing is allowed without supervision.

GAME RULES

Game rules are explained on the large screens for each activity. Always follow the instructions of the staff.

IDENTIFICATION

You must be in possession of valid identification; passport, ID card or driver's license.

WARDROBE

The NXT Fit does not have a supervised wardrobe, you are therefore responsible for your belongings.

HYGIENE

You have a well-groomed appearance and do not wear torn clothing, indecent clothing and/or dirty clothing. You do not use sticky hair products.

CONSUMPTION

It is not permitted to consume your own brought drinks and/or food within The NXT Fit. It is only permitted to use our facilities before, during and after a booking or if you clearly intend to make a booking. Staff may order you to leave the location on this basis.

SMOKING AND SPORTS DON'T MIX

The Hague Sports Center maintains a complete smoking ban in and around the location.

ALCOHOL AND SPORTS DON'T MIX

The NXT Fit does not serve alcohol in any form. Persons in an obvious state of intoxication will be denied access to The NXT Fit.

DRUGS

All forms of drugs are not permitted to possess, trade, process or be under the influence of in The NXT Fit. If this rule is violated, access will be permanently denied. A report will also be filed with the police.

WEAPONS

It is forbidden to possess weapons, weapon-like objects or objects that can be used as weapons. If such objects are found, access to The NXT Fit will be permanently denied. If an object is found that appears in the Weapons and Ammunition Act, a report will be filed immediately with the police.

RESPECT EACH OTHER

Unwanted intimacies, aggression and racism are not tolerated. When this is observed, you will immediately be denied access to The NXT Fit.
